What holds most entrepreneurs back

01

A fuzzy offer

You talk to “everyone”, so to no one. The message triggers nothing.

02

Scattered channels

You try a bit of everything, with no budget and no stop rule. Nothing really takes off.

03

Forgotten goals

The plan looks great in January, forgotten by March. No one holds you accountable.

The Mercurial method

  1. Choose

A template matching your question right now: customer, offer, model, channels, plan.

  2. Build

A guided workshop, question by question. Vague or number-free answers do not pass.

  3. Hold course

Every template ends with a numeric commitment, tracked weekly in your cockpit.

Whatever your market

Consumers, businesses, partner channels or public buyers: each workshop adapts to your type of customer, with its own examples and watch-outs.

B2C

B2C — consumers

You sell to individuals: decisions are fast, emotional and influenced by people around them. Think volume, trust, reviews and word of mouth.

B2B

B2B — businesses

You sell to businesses: several people decide (user, payer, decision-maker). Think return on investment, sales cycle, references and referrers.

B2B2C

B2B2C — through a partner

You go through a partner business to reach the end consumer: you have two customers. The partner must gain (loyalty, image, revenue) and the end user must be won over. Answer with both in mind.

Public

Public sector — B2G

You target public buyers: local authorities, government, hospitals, schools, social landlords. Purchases follow competitive procedures, with scoring criteria and often social and environmental clauses. Plan months ahead.

◎ Your solution may have other customers

The same product often solves different problems depending on the customer. Write several hypotheses, compare the problems, then focus on the most urgent one.

Partner to go further

Every template invites you to spot a strategic ally. Then two dedicated templates guide you step by step, from idea to first meeting.

  1. 1. SpotWho already reaches your customers, complements you or can recommend you?
  2. 2. ChooseYour ally #1 and the value you will create together.
  3. 3. FrameCommon goal, roles, pilot project and ground rules, before the first meeting.

A framework that won't let go

Clarity is not enough: you have to stick to it. The site enforces four simple rules.

  • Every template ends with a numeric goal, a deadline and a dated first action.
  • A check-in is required every 7 days on each goal.
  • While a check-in is overdue, you cannot start a new template.
  • A goal can only be closed with a written learning — reached or not.
  • Every template starts from a hypothesis: one customer, one precise problem — and invites you to test another.

Your next decision deserves one clear page.
